Driver Generic Bluetooth Adapter Dell

Thanks for the advice. I was able to install the Bluetooth driver, and I can turn it on and off.

However I cannot pair my Dell N5010 with other Bluetooth devices. I have the following message: The Bluetooth service supports discovery and association of remote Bluetooth devices. Stopping or disabling this service may cause already installed Bluetooth devices to fail to operate properly and prevent new devices from being discovered or associated. Windows could not start the Bluetooth Support Service service on Local Computer. The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process Yor reply would be most awaited:bounce.
